When you request a quote or contact us, we ask for your name, contact details, postcode and some basic information about your property and energy use. That's all we collect, and you always provide it yourself.

We don't collect anything you haven't typed in, and we don't buy data about you from anyone.

How we use it

We use your details to do what you asked us to: call you back, arrange a survey and prepare your quote. If you told us you're outside our current service area, we keep your email so we can let you know when that changes.

We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't sell or share your details with third parties for their own use.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any installation that follows, and as required for legal and warranty purposes after that.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll sort it.
